![]() ![]() Schwartz was one of only a few orthodontists selected in the downtown area and was the only orthodontist selected in Rockville, Maryland. In the last two issues he also received “the asterisk” next to his name for being one of the top vote getters! The magazine polls 3,000 Washington, Maryland and Virginia dentists, asking who they would have treat their family members if they needed orthodontics. Schwartz has been voted a Top Orthodontist by Washingtonian Magazine. In every issue since he has been in private practice, Dr. ![]() In 2010, he became one of the first doctors to voluntarily re-certify with the ABO and the very first orthodontist ever to successfully present an orthodontic case treated with Invisalign to the American Board. At the time of his initial certification, he was one of the youngest doctors to achieve such an accomplishment. Currently, only about 30% of orthodontists are board certified. Becoming board certified is a step beyond what is required to be considered an orthodontic specialist. Schwartz is especially proud of his board certification with the American Board of Orthodontics (ABO). Paul Schwartz joined Pitt Dental Medicine July 2018, returning to his roots at Pitt after a successful thirty-year career in the practice of Oral and. Robb has completed 3 years of advanced full-time post-graduate programs in periodontics and implant dentistry. Robb is a graduate of New York University School of Dentistry. ![]() After dental school, he stayed at the University of Pennsylvania for his residency and completed his specialty training in orthodontics.ĭr. Schwartz also works closely with Dental manufacturing companies designing advanced technology solutions for patient care. He graduated there amongst the top of his class with multiple honors and publications. Schwartz attended Emory University for his undergraduate education, and dental school at the University of Pennsylvania’s School of Dental Medicine, where he earned his Doctor of Medical Dentistry (DMD) degree. ![]()
